Bulk Reschedule Jobs

What’s new

• Select multiple jobs and reschedule them all at once by choosing a new date from the Edit Fields option

Why it helps

When weather, staff availability, or customer requests force you to move multiple jobs, you can now reschedule them in bulk instead of editing each job individually—saving significant admin time.

Safety Data Sheets on Mobile

What’s new

• Attach safety documents (such as MSDS files) to inventory items in the back office
• Technicians can view these attachments directly in the mobile app when adding products to a job

Why it helps

Field staff can instantly access safety information for chemicals, cleaning products, and other materials while on site—helping your team stay compliant and work safely without calling the office.

Asset Decommissioning

What’s new

• New “Decommission” button on assets to mark equipment that is no longer being serviced
• Decommissioned assets are filtered separately from deleted assets and can be restored later

Why it helps

When a customer switches service providers or temporarily removes equipment from your scope, you can decommission the asset without permanently deleting its history—keeping your records clean while preserving the option to bring it back.

AI Bill Import with Multi-File Queue

What’s new

• Redesigned file upload area for importing supplier bills using AI
• Drop multiple PDF documents at once and they will be processed one by one
• Clear approval prompt shows estimated cost before any charges apply

Why it helps

Processing supplier invoices is now faster and more transparent—upload a batch of bills in one go, and you’ll always know the cost before confirming, so there are no billing surprises.

Section Headings on Project Quotes

What’s new

• Each section in variation quotes and project quotes now displays its own heading
• Headings remain visible (sticky) as you scroll through long quotes

Why it helps

Large project quotes are easier to navigate and review—you always know which section you’re working in, reducing errors when building or approving complex quotes.

Quote API: Probability and Sales Owner

What’s new

• The public API for quotes now returns probability and sales owner fields

Why it helps

If you integrate FieldInsight with external reporting or CRM tools, you can now pull sales pipeline data directly—giving you better visibility into forecast accuracy and rep performance.
