Weekly Timesheet Text Display
What’s new
- Weekly timesheets now display full text with multi-line support instead of truncating entries
Why it helps
You can now see complete timesheet notes and descriptions without text being cut off, making it easier to review employee hours and job details at a glance.
Copy Line Items on Jobs
What’s new
- Added “Copy Separate Item” function to jobs, matching the existing feature on documents
Why it helps
Quickly duplicate line items within a job without re-entering details manually, saving time when adding similar products or services.
Quote Status Change Notification Setting
What’s new
- New setting to send notifications only when a customer changes their quote status
- Internal changes by schedulers or other staff will not trigger notifications
Why it helps
Reduce notification noise by only alerting your team when customers actually respond to quotes, so you can focus on real sales opportunities.
Negative Dollar Value Formatting
What’s new
- Negative values now display as -$100 instead of $-100
- Applied to both the application and document PDFs
Why it helps
Financial figures are now formatted correctly, making invoices and reports look more professional and easier to read.
Inventory Button for Variation Quotes
What’s new
- Removed the “Add Item” button from standalone inventory sections on project and variation quotes

Cleaner quote screens that only show relevant options, reducing confusion when working with variation quotes.
Signature Requirement Display
What’s new
- Removed “Not Signed” text and sign button when signature is not required
Why it helps
When you’ve configured documents to not require signatures, you won’t see unnecessary signature prompts cluttering your view.
Quote Stage Descriptions
What’s new
- Added description field for quote stages
- Stage descriptions now appear under stage names
- New system field setting available in the Quotes section

Add helpful context to each quote stage so your team understands what each stage means and what actions to take.
Job Status Change Alert
What’s new
- System now detects when a job has been modified by another user
- Prompts you to reload the page before saving to see the latest changes

Prevents accidental overwriting of job updates made by other team members, ensuring everyone is working with accurate information.
Mobile Defect Search and Filters
What’s new
- Added defect number search to the mobile defect list
- Status and priority fields moved into a filters panel
- Default status filters set to Approved, Job Raised, and In Progress

Asset Defect Default Filters

- Asset defect screen now defaults to showing Approved, Job Raised, and In Progress statuses
