Multi-Line Text Display on Weekly Timesheets

What’s new

  • Weekly timesheets now display all text content with multi-line support instead of truncating or hiding text

Copy Line Items Between Documents

What’s new

  • Added the ability to copy individual line items directly to a job, matching the existing functionality available on documents

Customer-Only Quote Status Notifications

What’s new

  • New setting to send quote status notifications only when a customer changes the status, not when internal staff make changes

Reduces unnecessary notification noise for your team while ensuring you’re still alerted when customers accept or respond to quotes.

Improved Negative Currency Display

What’s new

  • Negative dollar amounts now display in the standard format: minus sign, then dollar sign, then number (e.g., -$50.00)

Financial figures are now displayed in a familiar, easy-to-read format that matches accounting standards.

Signature Requirement Clarity

What’s new

  • When signatures are not required, the “Not Signed” indicator is now hidden from document lists
  • Button labels updated to reflect signature requirements

Quote Stage Descriptions

  • Added a description field for quote stages that displays below the stage name

Quote Accept Comment Placeholder

Invoice and Quote Menu Permissions
