Planned Maintenance — Workflow
What’s new
New setting to generate PPM jobs from existing primary jobs. Routine generation finds the month’s primary project job, makes a callback with PPM tests; scheduling unchanged (always a callback).

Avoids duplicates; keeps work linked to the primary job.
Team View — Range Selection Creates a Job Series
What’s new
Click-and-Drag a date range to open Quick Job and create an ongoing-visit job per day.

Bulk‑schedule multi‑day runs fast.

Defect CSV Export

Defect CSV now includes make, model, serial number, customer_ref, and asset location (primary / secondary / tertiary).

Claims — Edit Invoiced Claim (with Lock/Unlock)
What’s new
Invoice claim now has a lock to enter Edit mode; change amounts/% and Update Invoice replaces invoice items.

Fix claims without credit/re‑bill and keep invoice in sync.

Advanced Search — Item Code
What’s new
Added Item Code filter to Advanced Search across POs, invoices, quotes, reports, bills, and supplier credit notes (all inventory searches/categories).

Job Nav — Archived
What’s new
Added Archived to the Job sidebar navigation.

Quicker access to historical jobs without custom filters.
