FieldInsight Feature Update — Week 2 November 2025

Feature update for FieldInsight. What new releases have arrived to the software.

Maintenance Report — “Test Summary” block

What’s new
Add a Test Summary element to Maintenance Report templates to list test/visit results within the report’s date range.

Why it helps
Gives customers a clean, at-a-glance summary of work performed without trawling through pages.

Mobile — Defect list: richer context

What’s new
Defect lists now surface Asset Make/Model/Serial, Customer Ref, and Location (Primary/Secondary/Tertiary), with a dedicated line for Make/Model/Serial + Customer Ref.

Why it helps
Techs can identify the right asset and defect faster, reducing taps and mis-triage on site.

CSV Exports — PO & Bill fields

What’s new

  • PO CSV: Purchase Order Date, Delivery Due Date, Delivered Date

  • Bill CSV: Bill Date, Due Date

Why it helps
Smoother reconciliation and delivery tracking across purchasing and accounts—no manual cross-referencing.

Site Contacts CSV Export

What’s new
The export now includes a Site IDs column (comma-separated) and outputs each Contact Custom Field as its own column.

Why it helps
Keeps one row per contact (no row explosion) while preserving full site mappings and custom data for reporting/imports.

Divisions — no default required

What’s new
You can leave “Default Division” empty.

Why it helps
Prevents accidental auto-assignment. More control for multi-division teams.

Mobile — Add a contact to a site

What’s new
From a job → Site ContactsAdd contact to create and link a contact on the spot.

Why it helps
Capture the right contact in the field. No back-and-forth later.
