Timesheets and Job Filters for Defects

What’s new

New filters for planned date and job on timesheets.

• Planned Date – where a user can pick a date

  • this will then filter the list in MobileApp to only show defects that are currently planned for today (i.e. defects tagged as for this job and such job’s date is the same as the date selected in the filter

• Job Number – where a user can filter the list by Job Number

  • this will then filter the list to only show defects that are currently tagged as for this job and such a job’s number is the same as the job number entered in the filter

Why it helps:

• The mobile application now displays defects planned for specific jobs and dates to be accessed faster.

Project Claims and Retention

What’s new

• Currency display: Currency symbol is added to total amounts, and currency display is changed to decimal format (e.g., dollars with commas).
• Retention Held: A new field for “Retention Health Pro” with amount is added.
• Release retention: Showing changes to “Release to date.”

Columns are based on the invoice type.
• Invoices created from claim functionality automatically include specific columns in the PDF.

Project Claims Part Two: Additional Columns

What’s new

• New columns added: Total value, current claim percent, current claim, claim to date, and claim to date percent.

Task Management in Project Claims

What’s new

• Ability to delete tasks from project claims.
• A delete button is added for tasks.
• Deleting a task also deletes the associated job if the claim type is set to job.

Defect System Fields

What’s new

• New fields are added to system settings for visibility on the defect page and mobile application.
• Field types include yes/no and date.
