Did you know that we have a setting that allows you to manage whether a technician can be double booked? Each business is unique and this Setting (if Disabled) will allow a Technician to be assigned across multiple jobs at the same time; why would you need this?
- because you are running a couple of big install jobs and have technicians working between them depending on the days workload or completion status
- if you have the need to call someone off a job to attend another – an urgent job
If you do not want to allow double/cross over bookings for a technician, you can Enable this Setting which will present a Warning to the Scheduler if there is a conflict (either fully or partially). Watch the ‘How To’ Video below.
